Norwegian footballer, Erling Braut Haaland is being targeted as a replacement for Sergio Aguero in Manchester City.
This is a plan by the club manager, Pep Guardiola who is also eyeing England skipper, Harry Kane in case he misses out on the Norwegian.
Aguero, who has earned for himself the feat of City’s record goalscorer is panning to leave the club at the end of the season, the club announced Monday.
The plan for Guardiola to bring in a new striker was prompted by Aguero’s recent chances of having playing time like he previously had.
Meanwhile, the finality over the Argentine’s future does leave City clear to pursue replacements. And no matter who they eventually sign, it will be one of the biggest deals of the summer.
