Super Eagles midfielder Joe Aribo has been rated one of the most aggressive players in the first half of the 2022/2023 season, after a remarkable debut season in the English Premier League.
Aribo, 26, has made an impact at the Saint Mary’s Stadium, after playing for Glasgow Rangers but moved to Southampton in the summer transfer window for a fee worth €7m.
On his area of expertise, Southampton attacking midfielder is creative and has scored two goals in 15 appearances for the Saints this season.
The talented attacking midfielder is ranked in the fourth position with 17 points on the chart with the most possession won in the final third, according to Squawka’s top ten most aggressive players in the Premier League.
Top on the list are: Manchester City’s attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne with 20 points ranks first on the chart, followed by Leeds United’s Jack Harrison with 19 points, and Brighton & Hove Albion’s Leandro Trossard, 18 points are ranked second and third respectively.
