American singer, Britney Spears has disclosed on Sunday that she is taking a break from social media.
The 40-year-old songwriter who is pregnant with her third child made this known to the public on Instagram.
Spears who hasn’t posted on Twitter since January, wrote on Instagram that she will be stepping back “for a little while.”
The post read, “I’m going on a social media hiatus for a little while !!!” “I send my love and God bless you all !!!”
Meanwhile, she has kept her 40.9 million Instagram followers regularly updated.
On her personal life, Spears who once had perinatal depression, has described the experience as an “absolutely horrible” one, stressing that “women didn’t talk about it.
