Roma on Wednesday beat Feyenoord 1-0 in Tirana to win the inaugural UEFA Europa Conference League title.
The Europa Conference League triumph for the former Tottemham Hotspurs manager, Jose Mourinho, made him shed tears.
The feat for Roma makes them the first Italian team to win the European club competition since 2009/10, with José Mourinho becoming the first coach to win all three current men’s UEFA club trophies.
Mourinho, also called the ‘Special One’ won a trophy which is important as his two Champions League triumphs with Porto in 2004 and Inter Milan in 2010.
After making it five wins in five European finals, this achievement for the former Manchester United manager makes him the first manager to win all three major European competitions.
